MWEDO works within four districts of Monduli, Longido, Simanjiro and Kiteto of Arusha and Manyara regions respectively in northern Tanzania. There are 4 Maasai districts in Tanzania and MWEDO strives to reach as many areas within 3 of the 4 districts as possible. Each area is remote and the Maasai communities are infrequently close to main towns making it difficult to access vital mainstream information and services. MWEDO strives to make services and information accessible to these communities.
